Most enjoyable aspects of course: Interacting with others and course coach/facilitators during class sessions. Seeing results from goal setting.|Measurable results: Delegated task to Plant Operators every Monday to update plant outage data for weekly reporting = $5000/year. Booking time each week to work on my HPA’s currently equating to an extra 3 hrs / week = $28,000/year.|Goals accomplished/achievements: I’m now spending about 80% of my day on High Pay-off Activities (HPA’s). Completed and distributed Project Charters to my direct reports. Have seen personal health and fitness improvements. Achievement of short term focus goals.
