The most rewarding thing i have received from doing this exercise has been able to free up my time in order to manage more control and reap the benefits from concentrating on my H Pa’s as well as being able to save the company money.||The best R.O.I for the company has been to reduce the labor costs per man hour by (to date) 15% which has exceeded my expectations and if i can keep this above or at a 10% saving by year end it will save the company $108,000 which is a fantastic achievement. ||Thank you for the learning experience its been wonderful
