This course was the first management course I have been involved in. I have been in a management position for nearly 10 years and some of the information in this couse will help me become a better manager/mentor to my employees. My goal was to enter the course with an open mind to learning new skills that may or may not have been relevent to my situation. I found that i was setting lots of things up that I have yet to see the benifits from due to long term outcomes.
