The most enjoyable aspect of the course was the material.|I have had the thought of grading at Lyrup for several years but this course has given me a formalised platform to present it to management and this has at least made them more aware of it. Still not positive it will go ahead but it has been spoken about by the Operations Manager.|Setting realistic goals is another bonus from the course.
