ALTONA PLUMBING AND CIVIL WA SSTLS Kevin Armstrong
I found I enjoyed learning to give feedback both positive and negitive in a respectfull manner. Not only did this make giving feedback easyer but it made it far more effective. |This gave me the tools to give negitive feedback in a non-personal mannor, listning to the team member and allowing for them to save face and for them to suggest a way forward. agreeing to a timeline and a mesurement system. |By allowing the team member to be involved in providing a solution I found that they accepted the feedback and are less likely to take a negitive attitude going forward.
