One of the main goals that I have achieved is delegating some of the things that I would normally do to allow me to spend at least 2 hours per week in the office going over the plans and specifications to make sure that the jobs are running to the requirements of the hydraulic engineer and architect. In doing this I am also able to keep the correct amount of labour on site because I am keeping well aware of the progress of the jobs.
