The course was most enjoyable and came at the opportune time considering my formal position as Systems Engineering Manager.|The focus on achieving goals was also well presented, something I did in my head but now find more focus in by writing and detialing the objectives.|The ability to plan time and focus on my high performance activities became important rather than being so technically involved, planning and focusing on team goals and objectivities.|Delegation, dumping and doing whats important.|Thinking above the line and turning problems into opportunities.|Certainly feel more confident and willing to express my opinion when it counts.|Working on a project that should in the future benefit the company by elliminating excessive email, combing documentation in to one searchable portal, giving the abilitiy to engineers to collaborate on ideas and projects within the one site rather than email and folders.|I,m sure there’s more.||Well done A
