The most enjoyable aspects of the course is the workshop. I enjoyed them a lot, fun and the course itself is an eye openning.||The best success I got from the course is a personal one. It is the balance between work and personal time. I have now a better balance of my personal time which is reflected in my everyday work. I am happier at work and at home. It is now more peaceful and less stressful at work and at home. I am now feeling less guilty and not blaming work for taking too much of my time away from my family.
