I enjoyed learning how to be a team leader, and interacting with other people from different industries in a similar position to me. Their experiences, although different, did aid me in working through problems that my workplace was having, and ways of dealing with different situations and people.|This course has made me more confident in what I say and speak, I am not afraid nor the last person to speak up in class, even if my response was wrong, it still opened up opportunity for discussion.|I have learnt how to structure my time, work, team, environment and the people around me. This feels like the most that I have gotten the course. As well at the knowledge that I despise negativity people.|I have learnt that there is always an upside to something going wrong, and I am learning to make others see that to.
