I enjoyed the group discussions with members from other companies where we could share experiences and how we resolved issues.|Since I began the course I have been promoted to Maintenance Foreman and now have more responsibility, and find this very enjoyable.|My communication skills both within the group and interdepartmental have improved significantly, and this course has given me the boost I needed to step up and believe that I can do this.
