for me personally it was very early in the course based around time worth and time/self management I found the likes of discussion cards and important and imperative list a great time saver and helped me spend nearly 3 times a day more working on my HPAs. Besides that the time spent with my managers and mentors around this course helped me get a good picture of how I am tracking personally within ANZCO as an organization and has lead to my promotion.
