Discussion group sessions as a team of supervisors from both Rangitikei and Manawatu it was good to just talk in an open environment. A lot of the course content was applicable to what we do and it was interesting to hear the different ways we interpret things. It also created an environment for the supervisors to hear what issues other depts have making us realise that we have a lot in common although our individual areas are different. |I managed to accomplish some personal goals around time management which transfered over to the business side.|For me the simple use of a diary has made a huge difference. It has allowed me to be more organised still more work to go there though and I have found I’m not chasing my tail or putting out fires as much.|I have been taking little steps toward understanding the team better and going forward looking at ways to best support the team.
