I found this course interesting as it has shown me how to get the best out of my staff by gaol setting and communication been a big factor.|I have improved my communication within the staff which I see it as gaining a better relationship with the staff.|this course has taught me to how to delegate more to staff and about time utilization.|As training has always been a issue on the boning floor my first gaol to the new beef season will be putting a training and development plan in place which will strengthen the team morale which will pay dividends by giving the company high quality products and service.
