The result of following action step to keep me on task has motivated me to achieve the following goals, which are both personal and work focussed.| – To ensure all staff have appropriate training.| – Improvement of our high value products.| – To be approachable , understanding and be a confident communicator.| – To deal with work issues at work and move on.| – To be involved in more activities with my family, balanced work and home life.||Enjoyment came from making progress on these goals and from seeing the value of the tools and ideas put forward and discussed throughout the learning process.|Implementing these ideas and using these tools has saved my self and my peers time from being more organised and using my time more effectively.|Having the knowledge and now the understanding that being inclusive, welcoming and encouraging towards ideas, input and feedback from our team members. This approach has bought a more trusting and enjoyable working environment.
