It has certainly opened my eyes on how to action things with my mentor being able to assist in many ways to help me. I have always had goals but not worked on them in this way. Certainly not as many in a business environment. I would like to set more personal goals in conjunction with my partner and family and is something I will look in to.|Understanding how to deal with certain personality types or how they deal with situations is a big help. Making the team function more effectively is a goal for the next 6 months and how to develop them personal as well should be an exciting challenge for me.|The main goals I set myself have had to change due to other events happening which directly affected my action steps. These have been re-evaluated and need to loom in to new dates for action steps.
