Having such a great facilitator made the course extremely pleasant to attend every fortnight, the group of people that attended were also great, making the learning experience so much easier & getting to here there different experiences.||As I had previously attended the LMA course for supervisors I knew what I was in for & was able to build further on the skills that I had learnt there. It was a no brainier when I had to write down my HPA’s & workout what was my time worth.||Setting new focus goals each fortnight to achieve those little jobs that you normally put off was great.
