I really enjoyed the workshops, the interaction with the other participants, learning about how other companies work. LMA gave me direction in my role as leader, helped me identify where I should be directing my energy, working on HPA’s, time management, delegation and developing team members.|By delegating and training team members to do certain tasks, I now have more time to concentrate on planning and system testing / developing and implementing new tasks and processes.
