1) The “Golden Thread” of Goals–>HPA–>Imperative/Important List, allows breaking down achieving the goals into “best bang for buck” and day to day priorities through the HPA and Imperative/Important List respectively.|2) Formalising Team Meeting using NEAT Meeting Planner as a basis has increased the focus of my team and driven us to be more efficient.|3) Overall, the elapsed time taken to complete the course, while continuily making progress on achieving goals, has enabled a well paced level of digestion of underlying concepts, plus the advantage of having a very real basis of applying those concepts in the workplace (and other areas of our lives). Lastly, the key advantage is running through the course with a broad group of colleagues, who operate at a similar level within the business.
