The most enjoyable and useful aspects were the workshop activities that were (a) interactive (b) focused on a point that was the subject matter of the module (i.e. for example the puzzle activity which showed the effectiveness of communication) and (c) where practical examples were talked through by the participants. ||I also got a lot of out the LEAD surveys and the tools – I could see where I could implement these at work, or have already used the tools at work.
