i enjoyed the practical days a lot, the course was very well taught and i feel i absorbed a lot of info reading, listening then applying what we learnt,||i’ve increased my communication skills a lot, and using several tools that we have used along the course i can help assess and progress the training of the staff. ||trust and respect is one of the biggest things i’ve learnt as that is incredibly important to build a good working environment, other aspects of the course can be done once that is built.||i will be using several tools form this course too and applying them to the team on a regular basis.
