I enjoyed the workshop environment as a learning situation. It’s a different approach to a learning environment, and having an open discussion classroom is really helpful with the application of the course learning. Having fully completed my win-win goals has been great for my confidence as a leader and has benefited my team greatly. My leadership and management skills have benefited from the course – I’ve found I’m more conscious of my HPA’s and am more time efficient. My interactions with staff and clients has improved greatly. I’ve also implemented a feedback log which has enabled me to record both positive and coaching feedback for my team, and I’ve found I’m giving them more regular feedback which is helping with my relationship with the team.
