I found the workshops to be the most enjoyable aspect of the course. The different view points individuals had to certain topics/subjects that were discussed were interesting.||As a result of the course, I feel more confident in my leadership abilities and have taken on some of the valuable tools obtain from the course and have implemented them effectively within my team. I’ve noticed an improvement in productivity and communication between my team members and myself and a willingness of my team members to take on challenges and stretch themselves to achieve difficult goals.
