Really enjoyed the course. Think i have have come away with a different perspective. A lot of the ways i was managing were set in the dinosaur era. I am more confident and tolerant. I feel i am now more approachable. Communication is a two way street not just talking. Also realised that body language and face to face communication is so much important. But the biggest lesson i was use time wisely, it goes way too fast.
