I really enjoyed the team activities. Jennifer was easy to follow and made the class quite enjoyable. Any questions I asked were answered or explained clearly and made easy to understand.||From a work perspective I’ve taken a lot from this course and implemented many things into our shift. I also feel that doing this course with Vyan (Day Shift Supervisor) has been quite beneficial. Our shift handover is always smooth, our communication has improved immensely, and we’re always on the same page when it comes to identifying important tasks. I feel this has eliminated any sense of “US and THEM” that may have existed between our two shifts.||I also feel I’ve had a lot of personal gain from this course. I feel more confident in my personal decisions and have a clearer vision on how to go about achieving my personal goals.
