I have really enjoyed learning from my course peers.Their experience in management far exceeds mine and I found myself getting a lot out of their advice and examples.||Being a relatively young manager, I had a lot to learn and my eyes have been opened to the significant value of certain management and leadership behaviours in inciting enthusiasm, drive, and productivity from staff.||I was very appreciative of the course when I came to inducting a new staff member and will continue to use the tools throughout her development.
