I feel that the Success Strategies for Team Leaders and Supervisors training has made me a better person in relation to the way I deal with people and setting and achieving goals.|The marked improvements I have made to my personal home life and with work mates and especially with my team members has made me feel more positive within myself. |I wish every team leader was given the opportunity to do this course as it would help to make businesses more organised, understanding, enjoyable workplaces that will turn over more profits.|I really enjoyed working on the Win-Win goals. Setting goals and seeing the progress was very satisfying. |What I choose to work on have not only saved me time by identifying and working on my HPA’s, they have helped me to empower my team to give them greater job satisfaction, provided them with training to make their jobs safer and be more efficient too.
