Comparing how I handle everyday scenarios to what the more ideal ways. Small tweaks in my behaviour has led to noticable results in some idividuals in my team. Progress was made in establishing a more efficient work place with reduced manual handling which has had good feedback from my team. I have had break throughs with some members simply by approaching situations differently for example I now realise that sometimes what I see as a shortcoming of an individual has been caused in part by a failing of my own in identifying what was missing that led to a poor performance.
