I have almost completed all (5) win/win goals. Through the process of goal setting tasks and projects have become more specific, attainable and a sense of satisfaction has been achieved through practical completion. |A common sense practical approach to time management coupled with identifying high payoff activities has placed me in a far better work environment than I was in prior to the course. I can now spend the time planning, coaching and empowering my team members to achieve their own HPA’s, personal goals and driving the team to successful realisation of business goals as well. |I thoroughly enjoyed the course and will make use of the many tools that have been placed at our disposal.
