I found the course very interesting, the group of people involved were all engaged in the course. We had many interesting discussions within the group, that gave great insight into how other businesses run. Deb would always push you to think hard about answers and to make sure you got the most out of the study sessions. |I found the course opened my eye to other ways to thinking, in communication, problem solving, goal setting and mentoring. This is the first formal management training I have done, I have enjoyed it and found it very helpful to my day to day role.
