Since this course I have learnt to set goals and achieve them. I have improve so much with my admin skills, which is such a massive achievement for myself. I have learnt how to lead by example, delegate, communicate, work with the team and not above them, how to meet deadlines, how to improve team performance, time management, building relationship with in the workplace, the list go on and on. I have really enjoy this course and finishing it has giving me the confidence to apply for other course which will benefit me and my family.
