I got to interact with people from other companies that gave me a good perspective of where I am currently at with my experience in management. This course was an improvement on a few aspects of my style and really emphasised what I am currently doing right in my role which has been a good boost to my confidence as a manager. ||I have been able to improve the morale and productivity of my staff through their development and learning commitments and by improving the communication through more structured meetings I have solidified their confidence in me as their manager.
