Planning & time management was one if the main successes which helped me through clearing backlog of work & having time for my Children during the holiday break.||Realising that I can enforce the quality we expect from our sub trades expecting them to raise the bar rather than slipping to a substandard quality of work.||The imperative tasks are exactly that, it is ok to shift task to accommodate this and relax in the fact that it is the right decision. reschedule those other tasks for future completion or delegate them away altogether.
