1. The most enjoyable aspects were that learning the new things like, the principle of “results-behaviour-attitude-conditioning”, the tools of “identifying HPAs”, “tasks could be delegated”, and “personal leadership questionaries”, and the group discussions with course participants.|2. I had identified HPAs in relation to my job description, tasks which could be delegated to others to save cost and/or developing their skills, personal and professional skills, and personal leadership quality.|3. I had completed 1 out of 4 business goals, and 1 personal goal during the course period. Other 3 business goals are still on target to be achieved on time. I have been using the tools learned from the course and scheduling time on various HPAs and setting focus goals to accomplish daily/weekly tasks.
