The outcome for me to participate in this course will be that my life will be a little less stressful because the course have given me tools for me to use in different situations when I’m facing problems, such as Team skills audit to make it easy to get an overview to where we need to focus on extra training, Feedback log that will make it easier for me to have the yearly performance review. The knowledge of how to set goals and reach those goals with the help of goal plans. The use of a imperative/ important list every day so nothing get lost. The way of identifying a problem and how to come up with the best solution by using Problem solver plan.
