The course was an eye opener for me. I always believed that one has to be born to lead, but this course certainly proved that with having the right approach, the right tools and most of all positive attitude, it is possible for anyone to develop the great leadership skills. At the start of the course i have identified the few things that i need to improve on, mainly time management and communication, and this course helped me achieve that. Now i feel more confident and ready to take on any task given to me or my team.
