Work shop activities were the most enjoyable activity, as it enable me to get to know other Leaders/ Managers to share their views, ideas and leader ship skills. By completing this course I have improved my communication skills, organising skills and most importantly delegation skills which reflect from my day to day activities by meeting my commitments. Two goals out of three were accomplished which has given great results to Outboard stage – 1 area. Learning problem solving skills have given me the opportunity to participate in 8 step problem solving project organise by the company.
