I most enjoyed getting to know other frontline managers from different areas of the business. The opportunity to get together every few weeks and discuss openly issues that happened in their areas of the business tended to be similar to what another person was going through. It was interresting to hear how people applied their tools learnt and gave inspiration to try different techniques myself.||My biggest success was a personal development towards more of a “manager” attitude rather than “employee / friend” personality. Learning to say no an d remain professional, learning where to draw the line on helping someone versus doing it for them.
