The two most valuable aspects of this course for me have been the following:||1. Increasing my work effectiveness by delegating non value added work. Prior to doing this course i used to try to do everything myself and not delegate work efficiently. This meant i was working long hours, stressed and tired.|Now i always identify the tasks i must do personally and the tasks that i can delegate.|”Do it, Delegate it or Discard it.”||2. I have increased my confidence speaking in front of large groups from the knowledge learnt during the course and also all of the group discussions, activities and presentations through out the year. I can now get up and speak confidently in front of 80 employee’s or 10 senior managers without feeling nervous.
