The most enjoyable aspects were the role plays and the interaction we have in class. Also being able to visit another company (due to one of the participants not working for BAA) was one of the best LMA classes I have been as we got to learn about the tractor business and even got to drive one!||The most significant measurable results would be the number of goals achieved. This course has placed a lot of emphasis on setting SMART goals and everyday I would set goals to make me more productive.||I have accomplished many personal goals (from having a baby to flying to the Caribbean with him a couple of times to assisting with family affairs). In terms of business goals, I have managed to keep in touch with colleagues including those that flown over from Seattle and continued to network while I am on maternity leave.
