I really enjoyed the visit to varies companies to see how they are set up, and the discussions during the course from varies options outside my immediate company.|I feel like I have the tools available to deal with teams, and department issues that may arise. During the course I found that I was looking more about how my team fits into the whole company and what our department can do better to bring success to the organization rather than just my team.
