After completing this course I have found that I am now more open to listening to others and implementing their ideas and suggestions more effectively. I am also leaving emotion out of decisions made in regards to underperforming teammates. I now strive to allow teammates to come up with ways to rectify their own shortfalls instead of giving them “outs”. I have noticed a huge change in the effective use of my time, both personally and professionally. I can now confidently pinpoint where my time can be best allocated and in being able to use my time more effectively, I have also found that the quality and quantity of my work has increased greatly.
