I feel I have gained several new skills, such as the ability to say “NO” to every single task that is handed to me. Another skill I have greatly achieved and now enjoy, is the skill of delegating. This has freed up so much valuable time to allow me to concentrate on more important tasks (HPA’s). I also, feel that I have gained the respect from my other team members.|The goals that I have accomplished is the creation of a specific MQE tool box, which contain all the required tools, needed to perform the day to day MQE tasks. Whereas, previously, the tools would be scattered between 3 to 4 different locations and one would waste valuable time in searching for the required tool.
