BOEING AEROSTRUCTURES AUSTRALIA VIC SSTLS Quoc Luu
I enjoyed getting involved in the workshop activities: e.g. Case study#1 (O’neil’s batteries and brakes) and Case study#2 (Zap Sportz) because in those cases I learned how to identify their problems and how to help them to solve their problems. Those two cases look real to me, from there I can solve the problems in my workplace by creating the Win-win Agreement Goals by using S.M.A.R.T (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, Tangible). I also used the Discussing Planner and the Important/Imperative checklist for my daily activities. The last and most important point was that my facilitator used a little monkey with both hands to close his eyes. It explained to me that most people always use an excuse to shift their blame to someone else instead of accepting the responsibility and working together to solve the problem (TEAM).
