I really enjoyed this course and looked forward to each lesson with Michael. I thought he was a very friendly and approachable teacher. ||I’ve gained a lot of knowledge on how to deal with different personalities and how to improve productivity around the job site.||I will take lessons that I’ve learnt from this course with me throughout my working life.||I really enjoyed the aspect of goal setting and the importance of it not only to my work schedua but also in my personal life.
