The course was very enjoyable and met all my expectations. Robert is a very experienced and capable instructor who has a great understanding of the course material and is able to relate it to everyday situations. |The course gave me vital information and strategies for me to evolve as a manager. I’m not fully in a management role just yet, but the tools that I have received during this course will enable me be a capable leader when the time arises.|My goals were set around developing me and my team into a cohesive unit. I have learnt strategies that I can implement that will enable our team to move forward from issues that have hindered us in the past.|Overall one of the best courses I have attended.
