The overall learning experience was enjoyable; I found the content of the material, assessments and workshops relevant.||I have gained a great deal of knowledge and helpful tools which I have found beneficial when applied within the workplace. ||Setting weekly goals assited in meeting some of my win-win goals and encouraged me to view my workplace and meeting performance expectations in a different manner.||I believe that my overall confidence levels as a new leader has increased through the skills and knowledge I have gained from this diploma.
