Initially at the start of course I was feeling that this course is not relevent and handfull to my current work status ,was not 100% convinced with course but after few weeks of training I was feeling more excited,commited to learn because of the way of delivering coaching , very friendly ,always ready to help. |Now I am feeling change in my attitude,way of thinking,better time manage and communication.|Already finished some of goals,working towards to set more new goals. |Sharing knowledge which I gained feom this course to my team members.
