At last i learned to say “NO” as part of my leadership skills development.|I was able & still continuing improvement of production number which gives us a remarkable number of savings towards production.|One of my goal was to train another person as a supervisor to replace me, so that i can learn other section/take more responsibility from my superior. I trained that guy as a supervisor & he is ready to go.
