I really enjoyed the workshops hearing other students challenges they face & the result they achieved based on they’re course learning’s. I also thought Jim had a great ability with the way he would direct questions & group talk making the students feel confident with they’re responses & direction they had ultimately chosen.|By far best result was time management mainly for myself & communication between my team members, by introducing pre start of shift meetings we have been able to improve on lost time/breakdowns, improved productivity in our maintenance request program tasks are getting completed in a more timely manner.|I believe overall moral & opinions of myself from team members has improved drastically due to the improved communication.|I also identified as a result from the course that there was a need for a change with my management team so i ultimately replaced my supervisor with Ryan.C. & all reports back from other management have been very positive to date.
