It was create to participate in discussions with the group and hear different ideas on the various topics covered. I have been able to spend more time on HPAs as a result of doing the course. It has also allowed me to take more of a “people” approach and provided me with tools and structure to be able to better manage this in future. We will no doubt put more of our people through this course.
